President Yang Wanming noted that the "Red Study Tour" for Vietnamese youth in China is a major initiative personally announced by Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China and President of the People's Republic of China during his state visit to Vietnam in April this year. The program was jointly launched in Hanoi with To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and Luong Cuong, President of Vietnam. The project embodies the great attention and earnest expectations of the top leaders of the two Parties and the two countries for Chinese and Vietnamese youth to carry forward the red revolutionary spirit. As the Chinese co-organizer, the CPAFFC will give full play to its role as a key channel for people-to-people diplomacy, actively implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two Parties and the two countries, and build more bridges for people-to-people engagement, practical cooperation, cultural exchanges, and youth friendship. He expressed hope that young people from both sides will follow the revolutionary path pioneered by their leaders, pass on the baton of China-Vietnam friendship from generation to generation, and jointly write a new chapter in building a community with a shared future.
Li Mingqing highlighted the deep Party-to-Party friendship, dynamic economic and trade exchanges, close cooperation in connectivity, and extensive cultural interaction between Chongqing and Vietnam. Chongqing stands ready to work with Vietnam to create more platforms for cooperation and exchanges, continuously harnessing the youthful strength that propels the two Parties and the two countries forward together. He encouraged young participants to take this event as an opportunity to inherit the revolutionary friendship, nurture lofty ideals, and contribute vibrant "youthful energy" to practical cooperation between Chongqing and Vietnam.
Phan Anh Son stated that the VUFO has carefully organized a delegation of nearly 50 outstanding young representatives from central and subnational departments to visit Chongqing. Together with their Chinese counterparts, they will work to implement the important consensus and expectations of the top leaders of the two Parties and the two countries. He expressed hope that through the "Red Study Tour", the youth of the two countries will further deepen mutual understanding, consolidate the traditional friendship of being "comrades plus brothers", and advance bilateral relations in greater depth and substance, cultivating new generations of friendship successors for the strategically significant Vietnam-China community with a shared future.
Ambassador Pham Thanh Binh remarked that this year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China and the Vietnam-China Year of People-to-People and Cultural Exchanges. At such an important juncture, hosting the "Red Study Tour" carries exceptional significance. He expressed hope that the young people of the two countries will make full use of this valuable platform to learn from each other, deepen mutual understanding, and pool their youthful energy to jointly write a new chapter in building a strategically significant Vietnam--China community with a shared future.

They will also visit the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor Hub Port, Minzhu Village in Jiulongpo District, and the Chongqing Urban Planning Exhibition Hall to experience the dynamism of Chinese modernization. In addition, they will attend thematic lectures on China-Vietnam relations and the Hongyan Spirit, and participate in China-Vietnam Youth Dialogue for in-depth discussions on topics related to bilateral relations.
