President Yang Wanming extended a warm welcome to the successful arrival of the "China and Thailand are One Family" Friendship Motorcade in Beijing. He remarked that China and Thailand are "good neighbors connected by mountains and rivers, good relatives bound by blood ties, and good partners sharing a common destiny". President Xi Jinping has emphasized the importance of deepening mutual understanding and affinity between the two peoples, with a variety of activities being held to celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations, so that China-Thailand friendship will take deeper root and be passed down through generations. President Yang highlighted that the courageous and passionate "Journey of China-Thailand Friendship" vividly demonstrates the mutual understanding and closeness between the two peoples, adding brilliance to the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations and the "Golden Jubilee of China-Thailand Friendship". Looking ahead to the next "Golden Jubilee" of bilateral relations, the CPAFFC is committed to working with the Thai-Chinese Friendship Association and all sectors of two countries to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of China and Thailand, continuing to build bridges for people-to-people exchanges, practical cooperation, cultural exchanges, and youth friendship—thus contributing to the creation of an even more stable, prosperous, and sustainable China-Thailand community with a shared future.

Former Deputy Prime Minister H.E Korn Dabbaransi expressed that the friendship between Thailand and China has endured for over a thousand years, growing stronger over time. On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries, the "China and Thailand are One Family" Friendship Motorcade completed its 5,000-kilometer journey from Bangkok to Beijing, marking a momentous and meaningful milestone. He shared his deep admiration for China's remarkable achievements in modernization and expressed how moved the motorcade was by the warm reception received from subnational governments and citizens along the way. H.E Korn Dabbaransi reaffirmed that the Thai-Chinese Friendship Association will continue its mission of friendship and work hand in hand with the CPAFFC to further strengthen the traditional bonds between the two countries and jointly open a new chapter in the "China and Thailand are One Family" story.

As the motorcade arrived, the venue came alive with the sounds of drums and gongs, complemented by vibrant dragon and lion dances. Dozens of young Chinese representatives lined the route, waving the national flags of both China and Thailand in a spirited and friendly welcome.

The "China and Thailand are One Family" Friendship Motorcade departed from Bangkok on October 10, 2025, passing through six Chinese provinces—Yunnan, Guizhou, Hunan, Hubei, Shaanxi, and Shanxi—spreading the message of China-Thailand friendship. It arrived in Beijing on October 23, 2025, as one of the key events marking the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
