On November 4, 2025, President Yang Wanming of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) held a working exchange with Wei Qiang, President of the Latin American Chapter of the Western Returned Scholars Association, at the CPAFFC.
Both parties emphasized their commitment to fully implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. They expressed dedication to deeply enacting the strategic plans set forth by the CPC Central Committee, with Xi Jinping at its core, and pledged to wholeheartedly support the country's overarching development and diplomatic agenda.
